Bon Appétit Plus table knives are made for everyday use and need no special maintenance. The micro-serrated blade makes cutting easy, without tearing or snagging, and it never needs to be sharpened. The recycled rPP plastic handle is resistant to moisture, chemicals and heat. Dishwasher safe.

Maintain the edge with a whetstone or honing steel; professional sharpening once a year is recommended. Do not cut frozen food, bone, or on hard ceramic surfaces.
