Fischer Diamond diamond honing steel with a round cross-section and a 23 cm coarse honing surface: a sharpening tool suitable for medium-sized kitchen knives and serrated blades.

Compared with the 27 cm oval version (18W6327), this round, 23 cm Diamond honing steel is shorter and more compact, an ideal size for kitchen knives with medium and smaller blades. The round profile is particularly suited to maintaining hollow-ground, concave or serrated blades, where an oval rod does not fit into the serrations.

The coarse coating of natural diamond particles quickly restores a dull edge. Recommended for chefs and home cooks who sharpen their knives regularly and work with blades of different edge geometries.
