The Icel Horeca Prime chef's knife has a narrow 30 cm X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade and a black Proflex Microban handle, and is NSF approved.

The 30 cm narrow-bladed chef's knife is a tool for slicing and chopping at commercial-kitchen pace: the longer blade covers more ingredients in a single movement, while the narrower blade shape passes through meat fibres with less resistance, allowing faster work. Recommended for restaurant chefs, busy canteens and industrial kitchens, where large daily volumes of preparation call for speed.

Compared with the 20 cm sister model, this 30 cm version can go through bulky ingredients such as large pieces of meat, whole vegetables or bunches of herbs in a single pass. The antibacterial protection of the Proflex Microban handle and the NSF certification meet the hygiene requirements of commercial kitchens.
