The Icel Maitre decorating knife has a 10 cm stainless steel blade in a professional finish, with excellent balance and a long-lasting edge.

The Icel Maitre series is built for the demands of professional kitchen work: excellent balance, a precision blade and a robust design. The 10 cm decorating knife gives precise control for small, detailed work such as decorating fruit and vegetables.

The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel alloyed with chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, which provides excellent corrosion resistance, a long-lasting edge and easy honing.

The ergonomic professional handle gives a safe grip and stable hold, even during longer work.

Recommended for chefs, cookery schools and anyone who wants to work with a master-level tool.
