Dovo Natural straight razor with a 1.2210 carbon steel blade (61 HRC), a bamboo handle and a 5/8" 1/2 hollow grind: a classic straight razor with a sustainable approach for lovers of natural materials.
The bamboo handle is made from a renewable raw material: it is light and has a subtle natural texture that gives a secure grip even during wet shaving. 1.2210 carbon steel (61 HRC) is one of the most traditional straight razor alloys and allows an extremely thin, sharp edge to be formed; it can be kept sharp with regular stropping on a leather strop.
The 5/8" blade width and 1/2 hollow grind are the classic, universally recommended combination for beginners and experienced straight razor users alike, combining sufficient stiffness and flexibility. In the Natural series, the whole look of the razor emphasises the harmony of natural materials.

Care & sharpening
After use, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Only Swibo and explicitly dishwasher-safe models may go in the dishwasher. Store in a wooden block or on a magnetic strip; keep blades from touching each other.
Maintain the edge with a whetstone or honing steel; professional sharpening once a year is recommended. Do not cut frozen food, bone, or on hard ceramic surfaces.
