The Tojiro Pro sharpening stone holder is made of stainless steel and fits across a sink; 370 x 150 x 65 mm, 1790 g.
The Tojiro Pro sharpening stone holder is a bridge for whetstones that sits on the rim of the sink and provides a stable base while sharpening. Its adjustable design fits most standard sinks and whetstone sizes. Made of 18-8 stainless steel and polypropylene (PP), it is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Thanks to its non-slip rubber feet it also stands firmly on a worktop, so it can be used safely where there is no sink (e.g. a restaurant prep counter). Suitable for restaurant kitchens as well as for home use, it is a practical tool for professional chefs, sharpeners and keen home cooks alike.

Care & sharpening
After use, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Only Swibo and explicitly dishwasher-safe models may go in the dishwasher. Store in a wooden block or on a magnetic strip; keep blades from touching each other.
Maintain the edge with a whetstone or honing steel; professional sharpening once a year is recommended. Do not cut frozen food, bone, or on hard ceramic surfaces.
