Wüsthof Gourmet Series

Agile and versatile. The blades of the Gourmet knives are cut from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel sheet using a precision laser and then processed through 35 manufacturing stages. The edge is ground to a 28° angle, and the final finishing touches, performed by hand by experts, ensure exceptional sharpness and quick, effortless cutting. Thanks to their exceptionally high hardness of 56 HRC, they are comparable in quality and sharpness to forged knives. Their light weight and unique ergonomics make them very comfortable to hold; they are exceptionally well-balanced and strong, making cutting easier on both the hand and the wrist. The handle, made of special black plastic, features triple riveting. It is dishwasher-safe and therefore extremely hygienic.
