The Wüsthof 7279 white plastic in-drawer knife organiser has 7 slots and measures 43 × 22.2 × 4.4 cm, weighing 1260 g: a blade-protecting organiser that suits modern white kitchen drawers, for knives with blades up to 23 cm.

It has the same basic dimensions as the 7273 beech version (43 × 22.2 × 4.4 cm) but is made of white plastic, giving an easy-to-rinse, hygienic and moisture-resistant surface that fits perfectly into white or light-coloured kitchen drawers. Its weight of 1260 g keeps the insert stable in the drawer without slipping.

The 7 slots keep the knives separate from one another, protecting the blades from knocks and the cutting edges from damage. Suitable for blades up to 23 cm. Especially recommended for modern kitchens in white or anthracite, where a wood finish would not match the look.
