The Wüsthof 7297 flexible TPU cutting board with handle, small size (262 × 170 × 2 mm, 113 g), black: a dishwasher-safe, antibacterial plastic board that is gentle on knife edges.

The scratch-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material does not absorb flavours, odours or grease, so the board stays odour-free even after cutting strong ingredients (garlic, onion, fish). The flexible 262 × 170 mm board bends easily, so chopped ingredients can be poured straight into the pan. It can be sterilised and is stable between −20 °C and +150 °C.

The thin 2 mm board and built-in handle are designed for quick preparation at the worktop: the handle makes it easy to lift the board off the work surface and hang it on the edge of the counter for storage. Dishwasher safe.
