The Icel butcher's cleaver has a 25 cm stainless steel blade and a black HACCP polypropylene handle (general use): for splitting bones and heavy butchery cuts.

The Icel cleaver is a solid tool designed for heavy butchery tasks such as splitting bones and dividing large cuts of meat. Thanks to the thickness and weight of the 25 cm blade, the energy of a single powerful blow is transferred precisely to the material. It is made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel alloyed with chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.

Under the HACCP colour-coding system, the black polypropylene handle is assigned to general use. The material is impact and heat resistant, can be sterilised and has a non-slip design.
