With its 34.5 cm blade and an overall length of almost half a metre, the Fuji-Mark large knife is an exceptionally large kitchen tool: it is designed for breaking down large whole fish, slicing whole roasts and hard melons in a single stroke, and for high-volume cutting tasks in catering. The auxiliary wooden handle can be guided with the second hand when needed, giving extra power on heavy, tough ingredients.
