The Icel Horeca Prime slicing knife has a 30 cm X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade and a black Proflex Microban handle, and is NSF approved.
The 30 cm plain-edged slicing knife is a staple of restaurant and catering kitchens: larger roasts, pieces of ham, whole poultry and stuffed rolls can be cut into slices of even thickness. Unlike the serrated version, the plain edge gives a clean, pressure-free cut on softer meats, so the slice does not tear and the tissue is not damaged.
Compared with the 20 cm sister model, this 30 cm version is recommended for larger, continuous slicing tasks, work on bigger pieces and faster-paced kitchen processing. Microban antibacterial handle and NSF certification in line with commercial-kitchen hygiene requirements.
