Tojiro Kent roller knife sharpener in white, with a ceramic roller sharpening element in a white ABS/Cellidor housing; 14.5 x 5 x 4 cm, 80 g.
The white version of the Tojiro Kent roller knife sharpener is a 14.5 x 5 x 4 cm countertop sharpener whose ceramic roller sharpens the knife edge with a rolling motion. The roller mechanism keeps continuous contact along the full length of the blade, so the edge angle remains even throughout the stroke.
The 80 g white ABS/Cellidor housing provides a stable, non-slip base: the device is comfortable to use both held in the hand and placed on the worktop. A simple, easy-to-use tool for everyday kitchen knife sharpening.
