The Opinel Parallele No.120 carving knife has a beech handle and a stainless steel blade, designed for precise slicing of meat and cheese. It brings Opinel's Savoy craft tradition into the modern kitchen.

The Parallele series is part of Opinel's professional kitchen knife range. The No.120 carving knife cuts meat and cheese into precise, even slices. The beech handle is hard-wearing and natural to the touch, and the stainless steel blade needs minimal maintenance and is easy to resharpen.

Opinel has been designing and making its knives in the mountains of Savoy since 1890, and the Parallele series carries this tradition into the professional kitchen with natural wood and reliable blade quality.
