The Muela 55-16 outdoor knife has a 16 cm 420H stainless steel blade and a non-slip black handle, weighs 220 g, measures 27.5 cm overall and comes with a leather belt sheath.

The 57–58 HRC hardness of the 420H steel is higher than the 55–56 HRC of the similarly sized 5161 model and gives better edge retention, a noticeable difference in heavier field cutting tasks. The 16 cm blade and the 11.5 cm black non-slip handle work naturally together, keeping precise control even with wet hands.

At 220 g it is considerably lighter than its 270–280 g green and pakkawood sister models (435161/435161-M), so it is comfortable to carry on longer hikes. Recommended for hunting, woodland walks and general outdoor activities; supplied with a stitched leather belt sheath.
