The Gracelove II is not a conventional pair of kitchen scissors but a kitchen tool combining several functions: the stainless steel blades cut herbs, poultry joints and kitchen packaging efficiently, while the nutcracker, screwdriver and bottle opener built into the handle keep the most common kitchen helpers within reach. At 20.5 x 7.5 x 1 cm, the scissors are well proportioned, not too large and easy to store.
The handle combines ABS and Cellidor: the hard ABS frame gives structure, while the soft inserts provide a comfortable grip even with wet hands. The weight of 95 g makes longer cutting sessions easy. Care & sharpening
After use, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Only Swibo and explicitly dishwasher-safe models may go in the dishwasher. Store in a wooden block or on a magnetic strip; keep blades from touching each other.
Maintain the edge with a whetstone or honing steel; professional sharpening once a year is recommended. Do not cut frozen food, bone, or on hard ceramic surfaces.
